It is Your Divine Right to Feel Good, Well Better Than Good…
Feel — Radiant, Empowered, Freaking Amazing.
What you eat is the foundation for creating health and living the life of your dreams.
In a world where multitasking seems to be the only way to survive and being overscheduled is the norm, I help you sort it all out and create a healthy lifestyle that is fluid and moves with you. It’s more than just learning about what food to eat.
I’ll show you how to take the chaos out of juggling work, family, and life in general. We all have dreams and aspirations. I want you to have the energy and clarity to reach yours.
Eating Healthy Has Been a Journey.
It wasn’t until I had kids that I really paid attention to what we ate. I taught myself how to cook because I was tired of eating what I now refer to as a “slab of chicken and mushy vegetables.” I explored farmers’ markets and bought vegetables I’d never seen before. I learned about the importance of sustainable farming. I created wonderfully tasty dishes. I became a foodie.
My Whole World Changed When:
My oldest son had several ear infections as a baby and repeated rounds of antibiotics. When I introduced milk to him, he had gastrointestinal issues (I’ll leave out the gory details). We saw doctors and specialists who performed every test imaginable. Everything came back fine. The doctors told me to give him olive oil so he wouldn’t lose weight. I was on my own to figure it out. After a year of trial and error, I realized that his gut had been compromised from the antibiotics. I healed him.
For years I read everything I could get my hands on and changed what we ate. I shared my knowledge with my friends and family. I worked as a personal chef because I love cooking and wanted to share my passion for healthy, satisfying food that tastes fantastic.
In 2011 I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, one of the largest nutrition schools in the world and became a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach. I’ve studied more than 100 dietary theories and believe that there is no one-size-fits-all eating plan. We are all unique.
My work with clients has been diverse. I’ve helped people lose weight and heal from disease when doctors couldn’t help and medication didn’t work. I’ve gotten the pickiest of kids to eat vegetables. I’ve helped clients understand where their food cravings come from and how to resolve them. Through mindfulness, emotional eating becomes a thing of the past. I’ve made eating healthy effortless, tasty, and fun.
I listen to what’s going on in your life.
I love seeing my clients “A-HA” moments. They are satisfying, energizing revelations that are easily inserted into daily life.
